So I had the most brilliant post EVER written up last night and I went to download a picture and my computer freaked out. I don't know how serious it is, but I may not have home access for a few days. I WILL be here tomorrow--I have a fantastic guest, Catherine Stine, and her post is already set. Other than that, though, it is possible this week I won't have home access, so no blogging and limited commenting.

Get well soon little computer.
No shaved llamas for naked Tuesday? Still, that sucks about the computer. I hope it is well quickly.
ohman! yech! i hope you get it fixed soon!
Hope it's fixed soon. And why does it always happen when we have the most brilliant posts ever written up?
ACK! Boo! Hope it's not too bad!
Download a free version of Malwarebytes, install it on a flash drive, take it to infected computer and boot infected computer into safe mode, install Malwarebytes. Run full scan.
Oh dear, so sorry to hear you're having computer issues! Hope your computer gets well soon.
I've had lots of issues with computer and blogging, so I feel your pain. Good luck!
That's why my husband has the most secure anti-virus program known to man on my computer, because I'm always hitting sites or downloading something with malware or a virus. Just be careful with the free virus programs as they can make it even worse.
Yes, been there, done that.
Thanks so much for the sympathy guys! I have instructions for resetting it back a day or two, so I am trying that first, but Michael, I will install that, next!
Having had to battle my own monsters from the world of Computer Evils, my sympathies are with you, Hart. Good luck
I'm so sorry to hear that. I'm still having gremlin problems myself, so I understand.
But hey i love that lost da Vinci!
HA! Help from a friend to reset it to Sunday and even managed to not lose document work! Man, I wish I was better at this, but in absence of talent, at least I have friends.
The HOW: Open in Safe Mode (F8 for Windows) and when it asks you WORK in safe mode? Say NO. It will then open with a restore option and the dates available to restore TO. Seems to have worked beautifully.
Daaaaaaamn it, I hate when computer problems get in the way of a good time!
Hope things aren't too bad (or costly, rather).
Sorry you're having computer problems. Love the picture.
NOOOOOOOOOOOOO - ooh, look, a llama!
