Comments yesterday indicated not all of you were familiar with Mnemes... So far as I understand, any alliterative repeating theme qualifies... Mnemes are of course Mnemic devices... anything that makes it easier to remember, but it is intuitive how alliteration for themes with the day of the week might qualify.
Anyway, can you THINK of a better pairing for me than Tartish Tuesday? So I thought, in order to cross reference with NaNoWriMo, that I'd post some lovely piccies of the hotties that inspire me... my man muses...
We start with an able hero... he looks good and he helps people...
Or say.... this one likes to play in the water! Hot, helpful and WET! I'm not a watery tart for nothing!!!
And who HASN'T wanted to tie Gerard Butler up by his hands and have their way with him? I mean SERIOUSLY?! He really asks for it sometimes. And here he is, ready for PUNISHMENT!
And finally, my favorite of one of my favorites... Isn't he delicious, just relaxing with a little red wine.

Ahhh... The Watery Tart is a Wise Tart as well...
Mmmm, very nice...
And it's probably no great surprise that I have been saved more than once in exams by remembering some truly filthy medical mnemonics. There seems to be some strange correlation between the dirtiness of the mnemonic and the ease of my remembering it... ;)
I'm seriously thinking "who cares what mnemes mean when I can just drool at these *sigh* pics"???!?!?!?!
Let's definitely get NAKED!!
:-) Take care
x
teehee--BrioNI-I'm sure you're onto something there--perversions are always easier to remember!
Jenny-right you are! LET'S GET NAKED!
I'm glad I'm not the only one who throws pictures of attractive, questionably attired people in their blog posts and labels them as "muses".
oh man, I thought mnemes were memes which are quite different. Memes are more like what is in the geist virally not mnemonic devices which oh - stop it Jan!!!
It is that beautiful last man whose name I shall not mention. Yummy. None of them nearly as hunky as sweet patootie though. oh well.
Thanks for the yummy accompaniments to my morning coffee.

Romance with a Twist--of Mystery
i think i only read like 50% of your words. I tried, i really really tried. But...just...wow.
I'm sorry, what was i saying?
Oh my God Johnny makes me drool ...
Oh.My.God. I love this blog!
Johnny Depp makes me think SO many dirty, infidelity like thoughts. (but the hubs and I had an understanding before we got married that should Johnny ever come to my door I wouldn't hesitate to leave with him. The hubs is rolling the dice on that one)
Agree with Sarah though, only read about 50% of that...omn omn nom.
yesss.... it's been much too long since we've had some nice, visual learning aides~ ;p
Lovely post. I have an entirely new appreciation for waterfalls.
I don't know what you wrote about, because everything was erased from my memory when I saw sweet Johnny there at the bottom!
Sigh. What was I suppposed to be focused on here? Menelaus? Mnemes? MMM!
Um. Yum.
Especially the last one. He's been my muse before...Sigh. I think it's time for a repeat!
teehee
Yes, shameless of me, I suppose, but I know the ladies like it...
saved this post to favorites. now what kind of book might this inspire me to write? thanks, hart! christy
Oh yes, that's one's very nice... And that one... And that one...
I'm sorry, what were you saying?
I'm thinking it's time for another Kate Beckinsale post soon...
Brain vs Body; who wins? >;)))
Cold As Heaven
I'm sorry, were you saying something?
WHY ISN'T ANYBODY LISTENING TO ME!?
*snort*
BUWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
CaH: Body. Definitely.
HI Hart,
I just came by to say, "Hi." I saw your interview with Rach. Seems like you had a good time. You have a persona. Good luck with the books, we are all so jealous that you have an agent and book deals. Good for you, it's nice of you to share your experiences with us.
I'm new to blogging, only a couple of weeks since I set up my blog. I love it! I've met some great people. I've known Erica since last ABNA 2010... WE are all gearing up for 2011. I hope to see you there.
Michael
Ha! Gideon, I met Erica through ABNA, too--though more after through continuing a friendship with OTHER ABNA folks--yes, on to 2011!
Um..wha? Sorry. I was distracted.
:o)
What did you write about again? Gerard Butler was so cute in David Letterman show telling about the scene in Mrs.Brown where he and Billy Connolly go swimming... naked... and the water was freezing... and Gerard was laughing his head off and David and the audience were just staring at him and didn't get anything... :-D And then Gerard tried to explain what he was laughing at, and laughed more, and everyone was just staring at him... :-D Poor Gerry. I liked the story though :-)
Anyway, thank you for this :-) I am going to Finland tomorrow and I'm a bit stressed, and my darling husband bought me a tiny new mouse and wanted me to try it, and I was in the middle of writing, but of course I tried it, and one thing lead to another, and I accidentally closed Word without saving what I had written... and I didn't have autosave on... Luckily it was only some 500 words, but still. :-(
It's times like this I understand why some people choose to write by hand :-D You can't never accidentally delete what you wrote. Unless you use your papers to start the fire... but how often does things like that happen?
Nothing like Gerry to pick one up after such a disappointment :-D
Hart - Damn girl! I pick hottie #1. Please and THANK YOU!!! lol
Erica and Christy sent me your way and....wow. Gerard Butler? *purrrrs* Thanks for that! :)
