A to Z Theme Reveal!!!

So I jumped the gun and did this already. You know that, right? Because I always manage to be ahead or behind. I am beginning to think I am a Time Lord caught up in the loopy timey wimey thing, but unlike a proper Time Lord, I always miss the mark by a bit. But in case you didn't see...

My plan is to put all of YOU to work teaching ME about various aspects of book marketing! I will present a topic each day and ask what your experiences are with it, or what you know, or what to avoid, or how to do it... So if YOU want to learn TOO, keep your eyes peeled! [My eyeballs always hurt when I say that]

But in addition to what I have going on HERE, The Parallels Authors are ALSO participating in the A to Z Blogging and we have split up letters to each do a different sci-fi topic each day. If you weren't aware that we were blogging, you can find the Parallels blog here. In addition to what we've got, I've also interviewed one of the Dancing Lemur Editors and will be sharing that Wednesday, so watch for it!!!

And if you want to go see what everyone else is doing, the list is here!

Ha! I posted my theme reveal early, too, so everyone's getting a repeat today. Yours sounds like a theme I can use so... I'll be back!

I'm going to have fun with that theme.

Can't wait to read the results, so far all I've found is that everything we were told a few years ago is out! So I'm open to learning what's IN!

This is clever. The results will be interesting. I'm not doing A to Z but I'll have to stop in every day to see people's suggestions.

Great idea! It's interactive, a good way to meet new people, and a great way to learn!

Gosh! What a good idea. I'll be back and will contribute what I can (not that I know how to deal with the timey-wimey thing)

What's marketing? That's insane talk.

Marketing, I know little. A piece of me would like to sell other people's books. It is the same piece of me that wants to prune some overgrown grapevines I drive by.
I digress. I look forward to learning more. Cheers.

Sigh. Oh Hart my dear, I am the village idiot of marketing. Don't even have my blog up and running again to shout out your name. But I swear if I ever learn the best trick to selling a book, I will run to you with it.

HELLOOOOOO MSSSSSSS TART!

HOW are you? It's been BEYOND AGES! I couldn't help thinking about you the other day when I was in WIZARDING WORLD.. They have some GORGEOUS new quills now. Of course, my buying days are over, I went to FIND my escape from winter and.... DID!!!!! After over a year of looking I have a contract on a super cute and TINY condo in Orlando. Only 2 miles from Disney and about 15 minutes from WW... Now I can go ANY time I want when I need my HP fix!

I'm sure you're aware that they created DIAGON ALLEY, too and have the HOGWARTS EXPRESS to take you back and forth... SUPER COOL. YOU'D love it! They actually did an amazing job with it, BUT, my heart is still at Hogshead and the beautiful HOGWARTS Castle. I never tire of looking at it.

HOPE all is well....

I will definitely by dropping by to pick up pics, since I am pretty much still unpublished. I do have a short story in Randi Lee's anthology... so that will be my FIRST published short story! I am actually very excited about it!

Not doing A-Z because I will be getting the Orlando place set up. Should be closing in about three weeks. YAY!!!! Still working on the LOFT in Chicago, too. My life's projects are never ending. I never write anymore. Once I am settled I'll be jumping back into it for sure!

This is great! I'm doing A-Z for the first time, and while I know only a bit about book marketing, I'm totally interested in what you ask about!
